it varies by the group, but the way we used to do it is someone writes the script, edit the script as a group, record the lines and put that together, then practice to figure out choreography and such. During all this we would be making our costumes, props, and such

fairly standard, actually, it’s probably different groups take different amounts of time on each section :d
